  1. i’ve been friends and a fan of artist leigh wells for a long time now (in fact, it was she who encouraged me to quit my job and focus 100% on sfgirlbybay!). leigh has this fabulous new collection of collages and she’s very kindly offering a 25% reader discount on all her artwork through january 31st. enter SFGIRL25OFF at checkout (and Domestic USPS is even included in all orders).
  2. this is really lovely living room space and a great example of statement-making large format art. i love that fab pale pink velvet sofa, too.
  3. est magazine featured this beautiful vernon apartment and i was quite smitten with this beautiful bookcase styling. i know everyone freaks out about book spines flipped inward, but styling-wise it still looks really cool to me.
  4. i love this beautiful shot of wo & wé in lyon, france snapped by @justinchung. in fact, his entire instagram feed is most inspiring. mental note to visit wo & wé on my upcoming trip back to lyon.
  5. this is a smashing home gallery wall, is it not? such a unique collection of artwork that you might not think would work so well together but looks effortlessly gorgeous.
  6. vtwonen magazine shares so many inspiring spaces and this home in amsterdam is one of my favorites. i love this oversized canvas painting — it literally consumes the room and it looks so perfectly bohemian chic.
  7. isn’t this an excellent example of a home gallery, too? without it, the room would look rather bare and a bit mundane, but the eclectic collection simply accentuates these tall ceilings.
  8. this dining area caught my eye with its delicious and unexpected pairing of iconic designer pieces from greta grossman, jean prouvé, and carlo mollino. oh, and that solo small painting is just spot-on perfect.
